To keep our focus on being prepared for your arrival, we are forced to limit how active a role we play in your personal travel scenario, but keep in mind that 95% of our guests arrive in exactly that same way. When in doubt, seek the professional advice of a travel agent, referring him or her to this site, especially if your travel plans involve travel details before or after your time with Discover Heirloom Cuisine.

For week courses: Early arrival for any course is not recommended. Upon you Tuesday arrival, we will assist check in to your Bed and Breakfast, and bring you to program activities and dinner. You may also want to read the FAQ page for more info.

Those that arrive directly from their home-country without taking a break (a down-day inside of Washington) nearly always fall behind, a false economy if ever there was one

Arrival to North America:

Fly into Seattle and stay the night. We recommend this for many of reasons (you don’t want to miss classes from jet-lag, best to break up the travel of your trip, and it is Seattle, after all). Late the next morning, pack yourself a nice lunch, grab your rental car and head for Cashmere Washington. Or take the short flight hop to Wenatchee. We’ll meet you in Wenatchee Pangborn Airport out front at 11:30AM or 3:30 PM depending on your flight times. And relax: this is the way our guests arrive. We’ll even wait should your plane be late.

Class participants airport pickup will be Tuesday 11:00. We suggest you plan your departure for the mid day flight.
